Beach Yoga
Experience the benefits of yoga in a peaceful beach setting. These classes blend gentle stretches, mindful movement, and breathwork with the calming sights and sounds of the ocean. Ideal for all levels, beach yoga builds strength, enhances flexibility, and promotes relaxation and mental clarity.

Paddleboard Fitness
A fun, full-body workout on the water. Improve core strength, balance, and coordination while paddling on a stand-up board—standing or kneeling.

Kayaking
A low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens your upper body, core, and legs while boosting cardiovascular endurance—all while enjoying time on the water.

Beach Bootcamp
A high-energy workout on the sand combining cardio, strength, and core exercises using natural terrain. Improve endurance, strength, and overall fitness.
