HELP US MAINTAIN SAFETY

The YMCA appreciates members’ adherence to the following safety precautions during their visits:

  • Stay Home if You Are Sick: Members should stay home if they have shortness of breath or cough, or any sign of illness. The CDC and state public health officials encourage seniors and members of vulnerable populations, including those with underlying health conditions, to stay at home.  Additionally, if you have been asked by a medical professional or the health district to quarantine, please do as directed.
  • Temperature Checks: All members should take their temperature prior to coming to the Y.  If your temperature is over 100.4, or you have had a fever in the past 48 hours, please stay home. We will also ask you to review these five health screening questions upon entering the building.
  • Bring a Towel, and a Water Bottle: Water fountains and bottle fill stations will be available for your use. Water can be purchased at the Welcome Center desk and vending machines are available in some facilities.  Please note, towel services will no longer be provided.
  • Social Distancing: For your comfort, please feel free to continue to social distance.
  • Equipment:  Please remember to wipe down all equipment, weights, mats, etc. with the provided cleaning materials.
