Alyssa has a passion for developing staff to deliver the mission and cause of The Y. One of her main goals in this new role will be “to help others identify their individual strengths and discover ways to apply them”.  Alyssa believes that if someone can do this, they will fulfill their greatest potential in anything they set their mind and heart to.

Alyssa has over twelve years of experience with the Y and has held a variety of different roles- primarily in Healthy Living and Human Resources. After starting her Y career with the Bob Sierra YMCA in Tampa, FL, she moved up to Ohio and has spent the majority of her career with the Lake County YMCA.
