Some years ago I received a Y membership as a Christmas gift from my wife and mother-in-law. I was out of shape and overweight at 285lbs. I started swimming and doing a little cardio. After a short time, I started to lose weight. With inspiration from Rosie who worked in the Wellness Center, I kept at it and lost about 40 lbs. It inspired me to keep going.
