July Fit & Free Challenge

DURING THE MONTH OF JULY...Let's celebrate our freedom to be fit by completing 20 workouts this month! The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of moderate or 75 Minutes of vigorous aerobic activity, and 2 weight training sessions per week. Get 5 workouts per week to reach these goals and conquer the challenge.

THIS CHALLENGE IS FREE and EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN! Grab a friend, family member, colleague, Y friend and motivate them to complete the challenge with you.  Join the challenge on our app and receive an email with a copy of the challenge.
