Lake County YMCA 90 DAY SUMMER DOT CHALLENGE

Date: June 2 - August 31, 2019

 

THE CHALLENGE

  • Participants earn a dot each time they workout at the YMCA.
  • What’s a workout? Exercise class, walking the track, run on the treadmill, strength training, swimming, yoga, etc.
  • Goal: 36 workouts in 90-Days.
  • Once they have earned 36 dots, they turn in their completed dot which earns them a FREE t-shirt.

GETTING STARTED

  • Begins June 2 - August 31.
  • Participant check-in before each workout to be eligible for a dot.
  • Feel free to ask a Staff member any questions you may have about the challenge
  • Participant completes challenge slip*
  • Only Y Staff is able to give participants their dot.
  • Participants will put their name on the dot and stick it to the wall. (Pre-determined location at each Y)

COMPLETING THE CHALLENGE

  • Once participants have earned 36 dots, they bring the full dot to the desk.
  • Shirts will be ready for pick up beginning September 6.
