  • Monday thru Friday: 6pm-6:45pm and 7pm-7:45pm, 
  • Monday and Friday: 9 am - 9:45 am
  • Saturday: 12pm-12:45pm and 1pm-1:45pm.

GYMNASIUM FAMILY TIMES:

  • Tuesday and Thursday: 6pm - 6:45pm and 7pm- 7:45pm

Please review our safety protocols in the interest of protecting the health of both our members and staff. Restricted access is available to those 16 years old and over. During family time, members of the same household can schedule time to play together. Youth 15 years old and under may use the facility only during these times and must be directly supervised by an adult at all times.

STRENGTH & CORE MONDAYS

Strength training class that uses different pieces of equipment where the focus is on strengthening major muscles in the body while incorporating abdominal and low back strengthening.

STRENGTH & CORE TUESDAYS

Strength training class that uses different pieces of equipment where the focus is on strengthening major muscles in the body while incorporating abdominal and low back strengthening.

TREAD & SHRED TUESDAYS

A small group training that blends interval training with strength and mobility work. Our trainer will take you through 3 different phases that will push you out of your comfort zone. All fitness levels are welcome. Prepare to work!

TABATA WEDNESDAYS 

A type of interval class that follows a specific format: 45 min class. 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise (e.g., sprints) followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes, perhaps the longest 4 minutes of your life!

PILATES THURSDAYS

Focus on your core by enhancing strength, flexibility and alignment.

TRX FRIDAYS 

No matter where you are on the fitness continuum, you can get a fast, fun and effective total-body workout. With TRX, your body is your workout machine to build muscular strength and endurance and a rock-hard core.

Learn yoga poses while developing techniques, mental concentration, flexibility and toning.  Standing and floor poses range from relaxing stretches to strenuous positions.

POOL TIME

Indoor pools will be open for lap swimming, water walking, and aquatics group exercise. During lap swim and water walking, one adult per lap-lane unless members live in the same household. Pool access may be limited due to classes.  We ask you to be ready to swim upon arrival as locker rooms are not available.  Bins will be provided on the pool deck for you to store your belongings.  Lanes are on a first come first serve basis.  Chairs or benches will be provided if there happens to be a wait for a pool lane. Only kickboards and fins are available in the pool and will be disinfected between uses.

WATER EXERCISE GROUP CLASSES 

"DEEP WATER" MONDAYS

A moderate intensity, no impact program with a warm up, aerobic workout and cool down. Floatation belts provide buoyancy and full range of motion.  You can be in shallow water.

A moderate intensity, no impact program with a warm up, aerobic workout and cool down. Floatation belts provide buoyancy and full range of motion.  You can be in shallow water.

ARTHRITIS WATER EXERCISE 

Arthritis Foundation Y Aquatic Program is a water exercise class for people with arthritis and other joint related problems. Instructors are certified through the Arthritis Foundation and the Y.

AQUACISE MONDAYS 

A low impact exercise class designed to increase muscle tone and flexibility with aerobic conditioning. No swimming skills required
