Cade has been coaching the Wildcats since 2021 and is looking forward to another great season! Cade was once a part of the Wildcats himself, the Willoughby Stingers, Lake Catholic's Swim Team, and the University of Akron's Swim Club. When he's not at the pool (which is a rare sight), he enjoys playing the drums or teaching marching band at North High.
Rob Brocious

Sarah Hudek
Sarah grew up swimming in Northeast Ohio at the High School, USA Swimming and Masters Swimming levels.  She has previously coached high school swimming and this is her fourth year coaching the West End Wildcats.  Her son is also on the team.  When she is not coaching, she enjoys working out, skiing, and spending time with her husband and son.
Marc Pengal
Marc has been coaching for the Wildcats for 3 years. He has a lifelong background in swimming, from high school competition and summer rec league to lifeguarding, swim instruction, and pool management. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of the sport and helping swimmers build confidence and improve their skills.
Marlena Childs
Marlena is excited to join the coaching staff this year. She swam competitively for 10 years and is thrilled to be coaching alongside Coach Oliver, the very person who taught her how to race! She also has experience teaching youth swim lessons and loves working with younger athletes. She is looking forward to an exciting first year of coaching and seeing everyone in the pool!
