Are you ready for a 90-day summer challenge?!

THE CHALLENGE:  Begins June 5

Get a dot every time you work out. What’s a workout? Exercise class,
walking the track, going for a run, strength training, swimming, etc.  

THE GOAL: 36 workouts in 90-Days
