2013 YMCA DREAM HOUSE / CAR RULES

Tickets are offered for $15.00 each (three or more for $13.00 each) to any person 18 or over. Proceeds will benefit the Lake County YMCA. Ticket entitles holder to tour the Dream House, and will be entered into a drawing for the Dream House in Mountainside Farms in Concord Township, Ohio 44077 and a drawing for the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze.  First random drawing of twenty semi-finalists to be held August 14, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.  The winner(s), must be an individual and not an organization, will be determined by a random drawing from the twenty semi-finalists to be held on August 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. There will be two separate drawings. First, each of the 20 semi-finalists will draw a key for the car in the order in which their names were drawn on August 14, 2013. The key that starts the car is the winner (only one key will start the car).  Second, each of the 20 semi-finalists will then draw a key for the Dream House, again, the key that opens the door is the winner of the 2013 YMCA Dream House. Winner(s) need not be present and will be notified by mail to address given.  Tickets are non-transferable.  The winner of the Dream House must claim the prize by presenting acceptable identification no later than 5:00 p.m. ten calendar days after the postmark on the mailed notice.  Grand prize constitutes (a) the house conveyed “as is” including specified items within the house, or (b) cash option of $200,000.  If the winner chooses the cash option, he or she must notify the Lake County YMCA within 15 days of the final drawing, or else accept the house.  If the winner accepts the house, title will transfer as soon as all requirements for occupancy are completed.  Payment of the cash option, if chosen, will be made on December 16, 2013.  The winner of the Chevrolet Cruze can claim car once title is transferred. Sales tax and title fees will be assumed by the Lake County YMCA. Winner is responsible for applicable income tax. Winner accepts auto “as-is” - no cash option. Semi-finalists and winner(s) allow the YMCA to use their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes.  Complete rules may be obtained online at www.lakecountyymca.org. Copies of these rules may be obtained by mailing a stamped self-addressed envelope to ‘Rules Request’ at 933 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, OH 44077.  Entry requests and questions may be submitted to the YMCA at the above address with a stamped self-addressed envelope.  All entry forms must be completed with name, email address, mailing address and phone number, and be received at any Lake County YMCA branch or the YMCA Dream House by 8:00 p.m. August 11, 2013.  Members of the YMCA Dream House Project Committee and their dependents are not eligible to win.  The YMCA Project Committee reserves the right to cancel the drawing at any time, and if canceled, shall return all proceeds from ticket sales.  Decisions by Rules Committee shall be final.
