Deep-water walking/jogging is exercising in water that is deep enough to avoid contact with the bottom of the pool.This is a no impact program. The YMCA will once again be offering Day Camp to preschool, youth and teens in the summer of 2010. Our camp is firmly focused on YMCA character development by instilling the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in everything we do. This is a toning class for everything below the waist!
