Indoor Facility
Descriptions & Rates

Hearth Room – Largest room with a giant stone fireplace, 1 decks, and a kitchen. Rental Rate: $165 flat rate for up to six hours. Additional hours are charged at a $30 per hour rate. Rentals going past 8pm are subject to a $50 after-hour charge.

Arbor Room – Big enough for 60 people, yet still very cozy. Includes of deck and grill. Rental Rate: $115 flat rate for up to six hours. Additional hours are charged at a $30 per hour rate. Rentals going past 8pm are subject to a $50 after-hour charge.

Skegg’s Lodge Rental –Includes both the Hearth and Arbor rooms. Rental Rate: $230 flat rate for up to 6 hours. Additional hours are charged at a $30 per hour rate.

All Day Rentals -Allows you to set up the evening before (based upon availability). Great for weddings and other events that require early set-up times. $400 flat rate.

Skegg’s Chapel can be rented for an additional $115 flat fee. All rentals going past 8pm are subject to a $50 after-hour charge.

Pavilions
Pool Pavilion – Located in pool area. Max 25 people.

Maple Pavilion – Closest to the pool and next to a sand volleyball court. Has water spigot, grills and pop machines. $140 flat rate for the day.

Oak Pavilion – 30' x 50' with water spigot and grills

Hickory Pavilion – the largest pavilion; has pop machines and grills; share water with Pavilion B.

Maple, Oak, and Hickory pavilions all have electricity, lights, parking, and porta-johns nearby.

Pavilion Rental Fee: $115 flat rate for the day, unless noted otherwise. Earliest set up is noon, group must be gone by dark.

Program Areas

Snack Bar Arbor – Shaded tables in the snack bar pool area. Max 25 people.

Climbing gym and Inline Skating Rink Perfect for birthday parties, scout troops, and school groups.

Mini-Golf Fees – YMCA members and Group rental participants $2.00 during regular pool hours.

Skate Rental Fees – $3.00 per person. Skates must remain at rink and not be removed from YMCA OFC. Available during regular pool hours. Skate only passes – See seasonal flyers on fees for non-members who want to skate. YMCA members may skate during any open time at no fee.
