The Lake County YMCA Outdoor Family Center is a tremendous, year-round venue for your family, group, organization or business function. We may have just what you need for: Weddings and receptions Company picnics Family reunions Training events and meetings Team building activities Graduation parties Baby and wedding showers Class picnics Church outings Retreats Birthday parties And more! Hearth Room - Our largest room with a giant stone fireplace, 2 decks, and a kitchen. Arbor Room - big enough for 40 people, yet still very cozy. Pool Pavilion - Located in pool area. Max 25 people. Snack Bar Arbor - Shaded tables in the snack bar pool area. Max 25 people. Climbing gym and Inline Skating Rink - Perfect for birthday parties, scout troops, and school groups. Maple Pavilion - Closest to the pool and next to a sand volleyball court. Has water spigot, grills and pop machines. Oak Pavilion - 30' x 50' with water spigot and grills Hickory Pavilion - the largest pavilion; has pop machines and grills; share water with Oak Pavilion. YMCA Outdoor Family Center  Lodge Use Fees

Hearth Room - $150 flat rate for up to five hours.  Additional hours are charged at a $30 per hour rate.  The hour immediately prior to your rental is free for set up.  $275 maximum for the day.  Arbor Room - $100 flat rate for up to five hours. Additional hours are charged at a $30 per hour rate.  The our immediately prior to your rental is free for set up.  $200 maximum for the day. Combination of both rooms - $200 flat rate for up to five hours.  Additional hours are charged at a $30 per hour rate.  $350 maximum for the day. Weddings - $400 flat fee.  Includes Hearth Room and Arbor Room.  Chapel use is $100 additional flat fee. Pavilion Use Fees Maple - $125 flat rate for the day.  Earliest set up is noon, group must be gone by dark. Oak and Hickory - $100 flat rate for the day.  Earliest set up is noon, group must be gone by dark. No Camping groups may be reserved. Any camping must be arranged through Maryann. Generally the camping area is for youth groups or organizations.
