Arthritis Swim Class
This class is approved by the Arthritis Foundation of America. It uses the natural properties of water to make movement and exercising easier on the body. The exercises offered in this class focus on the joints and surrounding muscles affected by arthritis. The program helps to improve range of motion, strength, conditioning, and endurance. It can be modified to your own level of mobility.
