Experience / Education: BA Psychology—Bethany College. Prior to working for the Y, I remained home with my children and volunteered at the Y for 2 years in the pool. I then became an instructor for the preschool gym/swim classes and parent/child swim classes. After two years as a teacher in the Y preschool Learning Program, I then became the Childcare/Preschool Director in 1997. In 2008, I became the Senior Program Director.

What I like best about my job: Working for an organization that tries to best accommodate the needs of their members. I also enjoy seeing adults and children alike meeting new people and establishing friendships.

Hobbies & Interests: Relaxing at the beach, watching my children in their sporting events and other activities.

Favorite Movies & Books: I like to watch romantic comedies and mysteries and to read Patricia Cornwell mystery books.
