Lake County YMCA - Dream House

The Lake County YMCA 2009 Dream House is located at 8681 Indigo Trail, Mentor in Dawson/Eye Builders' Marshview Landing, a gated maintenance-free* community adjacent to the natural beauty of Mentor Marsh Preserve, just a few minutes from Headlands Beach.

*Each homeowner in Marshview Landing will be assessed $125/month to cover snowplowing (for the homeowner's drive), landscape care, garbage pickup, and expenses for the subdivision like maintenance of the streets, street lights, landscaping and watering the common grounds. After all the homes are built, the sales office at the front of the subdivision will become the Association community house.
