The New Massage Room  the Central Branch is a warm, comfortable, quiet room with access for both men and women from the pool area. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.

Al Morgan is a Painesville resident that has been practicing massage therapy since 2006.  He completed his training at Harmony Path School of Massage in Rocky River. He uses a variety of techniques, deep tissue, stretching, essential oils, thai massage, Chinese cupping, sports massage, and kinesio taping. “I believe that stress is a cause for illness. Our ability to cope with stress and understanding how to control the stress in our lives, will lead us to better health and wellness.”

 
 
Traci Sferra has been a licensed massage therapist since 2002. She is licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board. Traci has been employed by the YMCA for three years. She specializes in chronic pain management, muscle release therapy, and deep tissue work. She also is certified in reflexology.

 
 
 

Jenny Stepien
Graduated 1994 from Ohio College of Medical Arts with a degree in Massage Therapy and has been state licensed since 1995. She has been employed by the YMCA for nearly 15 years. Jenny also has massage education in upper and lower spinal therapy .
