Youth & Family Director

The Lake County YMCA Central Branch is seeking a highly devoted individual to continue leadership of a strong Youth & Family Department. The Youth & Family Director will work with a team of 5 other program directors.

Major job responsibilities include supervision of part-time and seasonal staff, branch bus fleet operations, and programming. Program areas include preschool, youth, teen and adult arts & humanities, youth camping, and family programming/special events.
 
Qualifications for the position include a 4 year college degree and daycamp, recreation management or similar background. YMCA experience, certifications and holding an Ohio Class B with passenger endorsement Commercial Driver License (CDL) is preferred.
 
Salary: $29,000 - $33,000
